L'histoire se centre sur Shin et Kotori, deux étudiants en troisième année au lycée. La mère de Shin est morte lorsqu'il était jeune, depuis, il a tendance à se refermer sur lui-même. Kotori, son amie d'enfance, veille sur lui depuis ce tragique événement.
