Once there was a piece of very special red bean bread baking in the oven, but tragically while the tray was being removed the bread fell and became a burnt brown bread now known as Kogepan. No one would buy burnt bread or be nice to him, so Kogepan became an outcast with no emotion for others. Pour décupler leur puissance, les Minotrons fusionnent avec des éléments inorganiques du monde humain. Ainsi ils peuvent facilement menacer le monde tranquille des Plusters en semant la terreur. Un jeune Pluster nommé Chaka décide de s'entraîner afin de faire face aux menaces des Minotrons. Le jeune héros croit en une vieille légende pluster qui dit que si l'on fusionne avec un humain, cela décuple les forces. C'est lors d'un combat avec un Minotron que Chaka découvre une route mythique qui le transporte dans le monde des humains. Il tombe nez à nez avec un petit garçon de 11 ans, Allan et le ramène dans son monde. Allan terrorisé de tomber face à un monstre n'a pas d'autres choix que d'accepter de fusionner avec Chaka.
C'est ainsi que commencent les extraordinaires aventures des Plusters et des Humains. Chaka et Allan viendront-ils à bout des Minotrons ?
